Tryck is the task app that also runs your home

Tryck puts your tasks, habits, chores, shopping list, pantry and household budget in one place, and they feed each other. Scan a receipt and the pantry fills up. When the pantry runs low, the item lands on the shopping list. What you spend can land in your private ledger. You don't copy anything between apps.

Best for people who want their own tasks and their household in one app, alone or with the people they live with.

What's in it

• Tasks and habits. Quick add that understands "fri", "3pm", !h and #tag. Subtasks, repeats, lists, and undo for nearly everything.
• Chores. Draw your home as a floor plan. Rooms and furniture get chores, and the plan turns from green to red as cleaning falls due. Washer, dryer and dishwasher timers start in one tap.
• Shopping. One shared list, phone-first, with prices in SEK learned from your own receipts.
• Pantry. What food is at home and what to use first, from receipts, barcodes or typing. Dates are marked as estimates. English and Swedish.
• Ledger (private). Your own money: monthly spending, a budget per category, bills with reminders, debt payoff and a subscriptions list. Personal and Business are separate books. Nobody you invite can open it.
• Time. One timer and a timesheet per project, with an hourly rate if you want one.
• People. Invite the people you live with. Each gets their own sign-in and a simple page with their chores and the tasks you gave them.

Where it runs

On the web (any computer or phone), as an installed web app, on Android and on Windows. There is no iPhone app: on an iPhone you add Tryck to your Home Screen.

Availability and price

Tryck is in early access and not open for sign-up yet. A free base version is planned, with paid upgrades. These are the planned prices and can change before launch: Plus, which holds everything, is 99 kr€9$9.99 a month or 990 kr€89$99 a year; single packs (Home, Play, Body, Money and work) cost less. SEK prices include 25% Swedish VAT (moms). EUR prices exclude local taxes where they apply. USD prices exclude local taxes where they apply. All prices and the other currencies are in the FAQ.

What is Tryck?

A task app with household add-ons (chores, shopping, pantry, budget, time). Add-ons are switches in Settings, so you turn on only what you use.

Is it like TickTick?

The task side is, in spirit: lists, priorities, repeats and a timer. The difference is the household part, and that it is connected to your tasks.

Can the people I live with use it?

Yes. Settings → People invites them. Each gets their own sign-in and a page with their chores and the tasks you gave them.

Does it work offline?

Typing while the connection is down is queued and sent when it is back.

Is there a free version?

A free base version is planned, with paid upgrades later. Tryck is in early access and not open for sign-up yet.

Where is my data?

On Cloudflare's servers. You can download everything as one JSON file or delete your account in Settings → Account and data. Tryck's own usage counts (which buttons get tapped) hold no task text and stay on the server.

Is my money private?

Yes. The Ledger is for you only; people you invite can't open it. Sharing household expenses with other users will be opt-in and is planned.

What does Tryck mean?

Swedish for pressure, push, the press of a button. The icon is a switch in its on position. The slogan is Press on.
