Terms of use

These are the rules for using Tryck. In short: the core is free, a paid plan can be cancelled at any time, every payment can be refunded within 14 days, and your home's data stays yours. Last updated 23 Oct 2026.

The short version

Who you have an agreement with

Tryck is run by Ottr Gaming Influencer AB (organisation number 559416-4831), Malmö, Sweden ("we"). Contact: hello@ottr.studio. By creating an account or joining a home, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use Tryck.

Your account and your home

Using Tryck fairly

Don't use Tryck to break the law, harass people, store content you have no right to, or attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service. Don't add people to a home without their agreement. If an account seriously or repeatedly breaks these rules, we may suspend or close it. Unless there is a safety or legal reason not to, we will tell you why first and give you the chance to export your data.

The free core

Tasks, lists, the home and inviting members are free and need no card. We can change what the free core includes, but we will not take away something you rely on without at least 30 days' notice.

Cancelling

Cancel in Settings → Account → Plan, or by emailing us. There is no notice period and no form to fill in. Your paid features stay on until the end of the period you have paid for, and then the home moves back to the free core. Nothing in the free core is deleted.

Money back and your right of withdrawal

Your data

What you put in Tryck belongs to you and your home. We use it only to run Tryck for you, never to advertise to you or to sell to anyone. You can export everything or delete your account from Settings. How we handle personal data, which services process it and your rights under the GDPR are described on the privacy page.

AI features and health numbers

Some features use AI, such as reading a receipt, suggesting rewards or answering through an AI assistant you connect. AI can get things wrong, so check anything that matters. Steps, workouts, food and body numbers are there to help you keep track. They are not medical advice, and Tryck is not a medical device. Ask a doctor about your health.

Challenges, points and the jar

Points, streaks, rewards and the jar are a game inside your home. They have no money value, can't be exchanged for money and are never paid out. Real-money stakes are not offered to new accounts. If they are ever offered, they will have their own terms and need your separate, explicit agreement before anything is charged.

The service

Tryck is in early access. We work to keep it running and your data safe, with backups, but we can't promise it will never be down or have bugs. We may change or remove features. If we remove a paid feature you depend on, you can cancel and get a refund for the unused part of your period. If we ever shut Tryck down, we will tell you at least 60 days ahead, so you have time to export your data, and we will refund the unused part of any plan. Lifetime purchases are refunded in proportion to the time they have run, counted against five years.

Responsibility

We are responsible for what we have promised in these terms and for what Swedish and EU consumer law requires. Apart from cases where the law doesn't allow a limit (for example, harm caused on purpose or by gross negligence), our responsibility for a loss is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we email account owners at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you don't accept the change, you can cancel before then and get a refund for the unused part of your period. Small fixes, such as wording or contact details, apply when they are published here.

Questions and disputes

Write to hello@ottr.studio first. We answer within a few working days. These terms follow Swedish law. If you live in Sweden and we can't agree, you can take the matter to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se), whose decisions we follow. Consumers in another EU country keep the protection of their own country's law and can use its courts or consumer bodies.
